| Included with the prices quoted are the following: |

- First class crockery and cutlery to enhance the appearance of your table-settings
- 100% white cotton damask tablecloths
- Table nos. 1-30 are available if required
- A choice of 17 different coloured linen napkins
- All glassware is included if we are to supply the drinks as shown in the Wedding Package. On occasions, our clients sometimes request that they supply their own wines etc., for the wedding breakfast. We are happy to oblige, however, our charge for glassware is £35.00 per 100 glasses to include service and washing up. Dedicated staff for bar service will be charged at a cost of £15.00 per hour inc.vat
- The use of a Silver Cake-stand and Knife
- All waiting Staff in Black and White traditional dress. Chef's on duty in full uniform
- The menu chosen together with all necessary service/kitchen equipment, refrigerated transport - washing up at our premises

| We assume for the purposes of providing the following Price List that the tables and chairs are supplied by the client and would be laid out as per the final table-plan prior to the arrival of our staff .This will enable them to commence laying up immediately . We do not include fresh floral arrangements although a quotation may be supplied. |

Booking
A Booking can only be accepted on receipt of your written confirmation and non-returnable deposit of £100.00. A Provisional Booking will be held for 14 days.
Final numbers are required 7 days prior to the Function. We regret we are unable to accept cancellations made within 48 hours of the Function.
Payment
An interim payment equal to 75% of the total expected account is required 14 days prior to the Function. Settlement of the balance must be made within 7 days of receipt of the final invoice.
Special Dates
Special Meals may be arranged in advance given sufficient notice.
Children
Under 10 years - 1/2 price. Under 2 years - free. Customers are requested to supply their own high chairs or cushions if required.
Table Plan
We request that you be responsible for the setting out of Tables and Chairs as per your table-plan prior to our arrival on site
