Hire Charges

1. Prices quoted are for one days hire, Goods may normally be obtained one day prior to use and returned the day after (Closed on Sunday).
2. The hire charges are as follows:

   *Friday to Monday - 1 day Hire, 2 - 3 days hire - Twice one days hire charge, 1 week hire - Three times one days hire charge, 2 weeks hire - Six times one days hire charge, 3 weeks hire - Seven times one days hire charge, 4 weeks hire- Eight times one days hire charge, Longer periods by arrangements.

   * This charge is based on goods being used for a single Function on either a Saturday or Sunday. Where goods are to be used on both days, the 2 - 3 day hire charge will apply.

3. Goods not returned on the arranged date will be charged an extra hire charge equivalent to 50% of one days hire for each day outstanding.
4. Delivery and Collection charges will be given on request. Deliveries are made by prior arrangement. Times given are approximate and subject to no unforeseen circumstances arising. Collections/Returns and Deliveries requested on Saturdays may only be possible by prior arrangement. Deliveries on Saturday will be subject to an additional £10 charge. Sundays - Closed.
5. Deliveries and Collections are quoted for Door to Door service by a single driver. Hirers should ensure that they or their representatives are at the delivery address to receive/return the goods. Wasted journeys will be charged for. Please ensure that you have sufficient manual assistance on hand to help with the moving/siting and removal of equipment especially at difficult locations, eg. Marquees, office premises, large halls, locations off Ground Floor level. Where delivery entails our staff moving goods to specific areas and/or having to reassemble equipment after use and extra time is involved, additional charges will be made.
