Luncheon, Dinners, Hot and Cold Fork Buffets, Decorated Buffets

Our menus have been specially selected to bring you top quality food whatever and wherever the venue

Our menu prices are all quoted on a "per head" basis and include all china, cutlery, linen and napkins (linen or disposable - whichever is most suited ) and staff for service( excl. informal cold finger buffets).

For marquee receptions and parties, we may make an extra surcharge for the setting up of the kitchen facilities and is dependant on the numbers, distance/location and logistics involved. We will always advise you at the time if this is necessary.

Informal Cold Finger Buffets

Informal cold finger buffets may be served with paper plates or china plates, usually with disposable napkins and with linen tablecloths provided for the buffet tables only. Linen for occasional tables are charged at £2.50 ea inc vat. The cost per head covers the setting up and clearing away of the buffet . Waiting staff on duty are not included within the cost although they may be provided on quotation.

Wines and Glassware

We can supply our wines on a sale or return basis and only charge you for the amount used. Selections from our wine and reception drinks package include:

• The appropriate glassware
• Chilling facilities
• Uniformed serving staff for wine service.

If you have a favourite wine, please let us know and we'll ask our Wine Merchant to obtain it for you.

On occasions, our clients sometimes request that they supply their own wines and champagne etc. We are happy to oblige and make a simple service charge based on the number of glasses expected to be required. Our charge for glassware is £35.00 per 100 glasses inc vat to include chilling, wine service and washing up.

Dedicated staff for bar service will be charged for at a rate of £15.00 per hour inc vat.
